Hodge Mills was founded in 2003 by Phillip & Kylie Hodge. Prior to establishing the company, Phill has worked within the industry operating milling machines for over 30 years from early days with Road recyclers, Wirtgen, CSR-Readymix, Pioneer, Pavement Salvage, Fulton Hogan and later as subcontractor to Ellis Profiling over a 10-year period, staying on with Roadworx once it acquired Ellis Profiling.

With a wealth of experience in milling machines, came the decision to purchase a single profiler to subcontract as owner /operator across NSW.

In response to need the company expanded in 2011 with the purchase of further milling machines to service both local and government agencies across the state.

Phill is also co owner of NSW Road Profiling Pty Ltd who provide milling services across NSW.
